HSS M35 High Speed Steel Cobalt Aircraft Extension Drill Bits with Overall Length 6" Round Shank, Spiral Flute, Cobalt, 135 Degree, Right hand, Split Point, Gold Oxide Finished, drilling deep holes in metal and Steel.. Hardened high speed steel body provides additional safeguard. Industrial grade cobalt high speed steel are available on request. Right hand cutting direction; standard two flute design. Aircraft Extension Drills are heavy duty Jobber Flute Length Drills with an extended overall length of 6" or 12" or 18".
- Twist Design & performance- Parabolic flute for better chip removal and reduced heat build-up. Tapered web for greater strength and durability.
- Accuracy - 135° split-point tip engineered for a no-skip, clean and accurate start. For use in a variety of drilling applications including; wood, plastics and light-gauge metal. The three-flat shank for better grip and guards against possible slipping.
- All drill dimensional & tolerances conform to NAS 907 drill standards
- Fully ground process ensures excellent chips moving, and 135 deg chisel angle with split point provide accuracy start for quick penetration without Walking and less Logging
- 1/64" to 1/2", 1mm to 13mm, No. 1 to No. 60, and letter A to Z are available.
- Best used for drilling deep hole in metal, high-carbon steel, aluminum and alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel and titanium.
